I Told You So

Yesterday, I posted the photoshopped "Beer for Health" poster. Today, I woke to an NPR story about "Lean Machine" recovery ale, a beer for post exercise recovery. The guys behind the beer say that their low alcohol (.5% which in my book is no beer at all), 77 calorie Hefeweizen will be just as effective as your average sports drink. I've always said that I run so I can drink, and usually follow a long run with a pint or two, but I think I'll take a pass on this one. You can visit the company's website for an interesting read. Let me know what you think in the comments.
